The purpose of the Strategic Planning Committee is to provide oversight of the North Carolina Community College System’s mission, vision, and strategic direction. This includes oversight of the System strategic planning and plan implementation, reviewing research and trends, and providing general guidance to the System regarding strategic direction and initiatives.
